Terms of Hire

TERMS OF HIRE

Hiring is only available to the UK mainland.

1. DEFINITIONS
 
In these terms and conditions the following terms shall have the following meanings: -
'We, Us, Our' - Interlocking Solutions Ltd trading as Soft Floor UK
 
Registered Office: Suite S10, Bates Business Centre, Old Brickworks, Church Road, Romford, Essex, RM3 0HU 
'You, Your' - The Customer/Consumer
'Contract' - A contract for the sale of Goods by us to you.
'Goods' - Any Goods forming the subject of a Contract including parts of, or materials incorporated in, them as more particularly described upon this Website.
'Website' - Our Website, the address of which is: www.softfloor.co.uk

3. GENERAL CONDITIONS OF HIRE

All products supplied for hire by Soft Floor UK, must be paid for in full for the agreed rental period, and is the sole responsibility of the customer, the hirer, once received and signed for -delivered by courier, or if collected in person from our premises.
 
Any damages or cutting to tiles is the responsibility of the hirer, we charge for *damaged tiles at the rate of that particular tile on the date of the booked collection/return

*A damaged tile is recognized to be that of a tile that is non - re-hireable due to the state/condition of that tile. The decision to render a returned tile as non – hireable is at the sole discretion after inspection, that of the supplier – Soft Floor UK.
 
4. HIRE RETURNS

Return of the hired tiles is the sole responsibility of the hirer, unless agreement
in advance of the hire period has been agreed otherwise.
 
A deposit, via credit card, to cover any damaged / cut tiles on return, or late return, may be required by Soft Floor UK.
 
Late collection/return of any hired products will be charged pro-rata per 24hr period of non-return as a proportion of the original agreed period.
